Smoked Salmon Rounds

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Mix 1-2 tbsp (15-30ml) Rootham Margarita Marinade / Dipping Sauce with mayonnaise.
  2. Wash and chop fresh dill.
  3. Spread pumpernickel rounds on serving platter and put 1 tbsp of mayonnaise/dipping sauce mixture on each round.
  4. Top with salmon, dill & chopped/sliced  red onion.
