1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
2. Mix the first 5 ingredients together and add butter. Blend until crumbly.
3. Spread 2/3rds of mixture on large cookie sheet. Spread Rootham Raspberry Jam on top. Take remainder of mixture and spread on top of jam.
4. Pat down gently and bake in 375F (190C) for 35-40 mins., until golden brown.
