1. Press water out of tofu by following this procedure: Remove tofu from water & place in strainer. Weigh tofu down with a plate on top & a heavy can. Leave in sink for 30 mins. to drain.
2. When water squeezed out, cut tofu into strips or cubes.
3. Add enough Rootham Teriyaki Orange Marinade/Dipping Sauce, or one of the other mentioned Rootham Marinades/Dipping Sauces, to cover. Let stand 15 mins and then grill until lightly crisp.
