Cucumber Boats

Course:

Ingredients:

1-2 English Cucumber
baby Spring Greens
1 jar (250ml) Peach Poppyseed Salad Dressing
or 1 jar (250ml) Jalapeno Pepper Jelly
or 1 jar (250ml) Mint Jelly
or 1 jar (250ml) Tangy Red Pepper Jelly
or 1 jar (250ml) Blackcurrant Raspberry Salad Dressing
or 1 jar (250ml) Mango Chutney
or 1 jar (250ml) Raspberry Razzle Salad Dressing

Instructions:

Cut cucumber into 2 inch long pieces.
Hollow out the inside.
Fill with baby spring greens
Drizzle your favourite Rootham Product on top.
