Instructions:

  1. Cut vegetables into length-wise strips or chunks.
  2. In a large bowl, combine canola oil and Rootham Fire Roasted Red Pepper Ketchup.
  3. Add vegetables & toss gently to coat.
  4. Place in a grilling basket & BBQ until tender.
  5. Heat marinade & toss with cooked vegetables.
  6. Crumble Feta and Mix in with vegetables (optionaul)
