Wild Mushroom & Salad Greens

Instructions:

  1. In frypan heat olive oil, garlic & herbs over medium heat. Slice mushrooms, place in frypan & sautée until lightly browned. Remove mushrooms from frypan & drain.
  2. In large bowl toss cooked mushrooms with Rootham Spicy Sundried Tomato Basil Salad Dressing.
  3. Cover large platter with bite size pieces of salad greens. Spread mushroom mixture over the greens and garnish with any sliced mushroom.

Variation: Grilled vegetables / grilled meat can be tossed with Rootham Spicy Sundried Tomato Basil Salad Dressing and spread on bed of mix fresh salad greens.
