ZGourmet Crepes / Pancakes

Especially delicious with our Redhaven Peaches Splashed with Peach Schnapps or our Bartlett Pears Splashed with Triple Sec.



  1. Combine 3 eggs and milk to make 4 cups (1000ml).
  2. Combine flour & salt in a large bowl. Add 1 cup of egg mixture at a time whisking well.
  3. Continue adding liquid until mixture has the consistency of heavy cream. Reserve extra liquid.
  4. Pour 1/3 cup (75ml) of batter into a hot oiled pan & roll around to coat the bottom evenly.
  5. Cook on medium heat until crepe/pancake is golden brown on the bottom & sturdy enough to flip (30-45 seconds per side).
  6. If batter thickens, add some of the reserved liquid.
  7. Drain the peaches or pears & reserve the syrup. Heat the syrup & add the fruit.
  8. Pour warm fruit mixture over warm crepes/pancakes & serve.
