Instructions:

  1. To make sauce: combine the last 6 ingredients together & set aside.
  2. Remove visible fat from pork. Cut into 1" slices. Season lightly with salt & pepper.
  3. Heat oil in frypan over medium-high heat & add pork slices. Cook until brown & cook for 5 minutes. more.
  4. Pour sauce over pork, cover & simmer for 5 mins. or until pork is cooked.
  5. Serve with rice pilaf/stirfry veggies and Rootham Caramelized Onion Chutney on the side.
