Apple Peach Cinnamon Upside Down Cake

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Spray or butter bottom of 9-inch square pan or 8-inch springform pan.
  3. Coat bottom of pan with Rootham Apple Peach Cinnamon Jam & set aside.
  4. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, butter, & vanilla.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time.
  6. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder & salt.
  7. Slowly add flour mixture to wet mixture until well blended.
  8. Pour into pan over the Rootham Apple Peach Cinnamon Jam or use one of the other mentioned Rootham products for a different flavour.
  9. Bake 1 1/2 hours. Cool completely & flip over onto serving plate.
