  1. Bring pot of water to boil.
  2. Add noodles & boil uncovered for 4 minutes or let noodles soak in hot water for 15 minutes.
  3. Drain noodles in colander.
  4. Mix Rootham Thai Dipping Sauce with the vinegar, pour on noodles & toss well.  Quickly stirfry in large skillet.
  5. In another skillet, sauté vegetables for 2-3 minutes with hot oil on medium heat in large skillet.
  6. Add sautéed vegetables to noodles.

Variation: Fried Pad Thai

After noodles are cooked, rinse in cold water & drain. In large skillet over medium-high heat add 2 tbsp (30ml) canola oil. Heat & add cooked noodles & stir-fry for 2 minutes. Mix Rootham Thai Dipping Sauce with 1 tbsp (15ml) vinegar & add to stir-fried noodles. Toss well. Stir-fried vegetables may be added to noodles.
