Mushroom Cups with Goat Cheese



  1. Wash mushroom caps & remove stems.
  2. Place on cookie sheet & drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Preheat oven to 350F (180C) and cook mushrooms for 15 minutes.
  5. Mix the next 6 ingredients and spoon into mushroom caps and serve.

Variations: for a different flavour substitute the Rootham Tangy Red Pepper Jelly with Rootham Red Bell Pepper Dipping Sauce or Rootham Jalapeno Pepper Jelly.
