Flatbread Trout Capers Roasted Garlic Black Pepper Lime

Roasted Garlic Cloves - Peel fresh garlic cloves. Preheat oven to 400F. Bake in covered container for 15 minutes. Check to see if soft.  Baking time will depend on size and type of garlic clove.

1. Spread Roothams Black Pepper-Lime Chutney on the baked flatbread.

2. Garnish with the smoked fish, roasted garlic, capers and preserved lemon.

3. Season with salt and pepper.

3.  Place flatbread into the 375F oven for a few minutes to warm through and then remove it.

4.  Cut into manageable pieces for your guests. Top each portion with some thinly sliced cured fish and serve.
