Baked Bread Crumb Brie with Blackcurrant Raspberry Spread

This is a convenient way to serve Brie in a large crowd where you are passing around the appetizers.  Your guests can easily eat this finger food with one hand and still hold their drink.  Bread crumbs and preserve on Brie make it a complete appetizer.  No crackers needed.  One of my favourite ways to serve Brie. 

Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F (220)

2. Cut Brie into bite size pieces.

3. Dip each piece of brie in egg mixture and coat with breadcrumbs.

      4. Place coated brie individual serving dish  that you want to serve the appeitzer on.

      5. Bake for 5 minutes.

      6. Let cool briefly then spoon a dollop Rootham Blackcurrant Raspberry Spread on top of each piece of brie.
