Cheddar Cheese Quesadilla with Strawberry Jalapeno Salsa

Instructions:

  1. Put a flour tortilla in a frying pan and cover the surface with cheddar cheese and chopped spinach.
  2. Place another tortilla on top.
  3. Slightly brown each side.
  4. Cook until the cheese is completely melted.
  5. Cut into pie wedges.
  6. Place on a serving platter.
  7. Open a jar of Rootham Strawberry Jalapeno Salsa, and let the guests spoon it onto the tortilla wedges.
  8. Optional: roll warm quarter quesadilla around fresh strawberry and hold with strawberry. Drizzle Rootham Strawberry Jalapeno Salsa over bites.
