Instructions:

1.  Spread Roothams Honey Portobello Vinaigrette liberally on the baked flatbread.

2.  Top with goats cheese and nuts, and pop it back into the oven for 3 minutes at 375F.

3.  Once the cheese is soft and the bread is warm, remove from the oven and cut into manageable portions.

4.  Top each with a little arugula and pear.
