Herb Meatballs in Garlic Red Sauce



Short on Time: Buy frozen precooked meatballs and thaw!

  1. Mix together ground beef, oil, and wheat germ.
  2. Shape into 3/4 inch round balls (makes about 50-60 meatballs).
  3. Cook and drain to remove excess fat.
  4. In a crock-pot pour jar of Rootham Thick to Stick BBQ/Dipping Sauce.
  5. Fill empty jar half full of water, and shake to remove remaining sauce.
  6. Add water to the crock-pot. Stir to distribute water equally. Turn on high and when sauce is hot add cooked and drained meatballs.
  7. Warm meatballs through then lower heat.
