ZMango and Chili Quesadillas

ZMango and Chili Quesadillas



  1. On a counter lay flour tortillas. On one half spread Rootham Mango Chutney and on the other spread Rootham Thai Dipping Sauce.
  2. Partially cover the mango side with slices of Brie, Camembert, or some other strong flavoured soft cheese.
  3. Fold the Thai side over the cheese.
  4. Brush both sides of the tortilla with melted butter.
  5. BBQ until golden grill marks appear on both sides of the tortilla and cheese is just melted, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  6. Cut into 4 wedges and serve.

For the more adventurous try substituting Rootham Onion Roasted Garlic Spread for the Rootham Mango Chutney and/or Rootham Jalapeno Jelly for the Rootham Thai Dipping Sauce.
