ZThai Chicken, Shrimp, Vegetable Spring Rolls

Instructions:

  1. Pour hot water in large 9" skillet.
  2. Take one rice paper wrap & pass through water until soft & pliable (about 60 secs.)
  3. Lay soft wrap on plate & smooth it flat.
  4. Spread 3 tsp. (15ml) of Rootham Thai Dipping Sauce over entire surface.
  5. In the middle, place a row of grated chicken running the width of the wrap to 1/4" of the edge.
  6. Continue layering each item on top of the chicken – carrots, lettuce, bean sprouts & coriander leaves.
  7. Flap the outer edge over the stuffing, tuck under the stuffing & pull tight.
  8. Roll wrap into a long cigar to make your spring roll.
  9. Now they are ready to eat.
  10. To store, refrigerate in a tightly sealed container.
  11. Rolls will dry out if not stored in airtight container.
  12. When ready to serve, cut off ends.
  13. Serve with Rootham Thai Dipping Sauce.
