ZShrimp with Fire Roasted Red Pepper Ketchup

Choked Full of Herbs!   Make as appetizers or larger portion for main entree.

Instructions:

1. Wash & drain shrimp.  Marinate shrimp in Rootham Fire Roasted Red Pepper Ketchup about 20 mins.

2.  Heat butter in non-stick frypan.  When melted & gently bubbling, stir in shrimp, reserving some of the marinade.  Saute shrimp adding more marinade to cover the shrimp.

3.  When shrimp curl & turn pink, remove immediately and serve hot.
