Wheat Berry Crunch Salad



1.  Mix wheat berries with 8 cups of water.  Boil for one hour or until tender to the bite.  Drain well.

2.  Stir in the cranberries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and green onion.

3.  Add Rootham Blackcurrant Raspberry Salad Dressing to taste.  Keep refrigerated.  Makes 4 servings.
