ZHam Leek Three Cheese Quiche



1.  Place pie crust in 425F/220C pre-heated oven & bake for 5 mins.  Remove from oven and set aside.

2.  Wash leeks well & chop white portion of leek.  Melt butter in frypan and saute leeks until soft. 

3.  Place ham, leeks & cheese in baked pie crust.

4.  Beat eggs with milk or cream & pour on top of filling. 

5.  Bake in preheated 350F/180C oven until eggs are cooked.  Take out & let stand for about 10 mins.  Cut into wedges & serve with a spoonful or more of Rootham Black Pepper Lime Chutney.
