Instructions:

  1. Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda & baking powder in medium bowl.
  2. Combine evaporated milk, water, eggs & apples in large bowl.  Stir in dry ingredients & mix well.
  3. Spread batter into greased 13"x9" cake pan.  Sprinkle brown sugar then coconut & nuts over top.
  4. Bake in 350F(180C) preheated oven for 40-50 mins. or until done.  Cover lososely with foil if topping is becoming too brown.  Remove cake from oven & drizzle Rootham Irish Style Caramel Sauce over hot cake.
