Broccoli Thai Rice

Broccoli Thai Rice



1.  Heat some oil in large skillet & saute broccoli pieces and onion. 

2.  Add cooked rice and Rootham Thai Dipping Sauce.  Toss quickly and serve.

Optional:  Cook slices of beef, pork or chicken with onion.  When partially cooked add broccoli; quickly saute then add remaining ingredients for complete meal.
