Beef & Broccoli Stir-fry

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cut broccoli florets from main stem & split in half. Using vegetable peeler, remove the rough outer husk from the stem & slice stem lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices.
  2. Heat oil in wok or frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced beef & stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.  Omit this step if vegetarian option**
  3. Add vegetables & stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat & add Rootham Teriyaki Ginger Marinade / Dipping Sauce.
  5. Toss & serve over bed of cooked rice. Makes 4 servings.
