ZBeef Pot Stickers

Instructions:

  1. Cut wonton wrappers into circles with cookie cutter.
  2. Mix beef with onion.
  3. Place 1 tsp (5ml) of beef mixture in center of each wrapper. Fold in half & pinch edges together.
  4. Heat frying pan & cover with oil.
  5. Arrange one layer of stuffed wontons in pan & brown.
  6. Keep lifting with spatula to keep from sticking. Add enough water to cover pot stickers.
  7. Steam over high heat until most of the water has evaporated - 6-8 minutes.
  8. Using slotted spoon transfer to platter.
  9. Wipe out pan & repeat until all wontons are cooked. 
  10. Place cooked wontons on lettuce covered platter & serve with Rootham Teriyaki Ginger Marinade and Grilling Sauce.
