Dip Lentil Hummus


1.  Drain and rinse the lentils. 

2.  Place in food processor/blender with olive oil and thyme leaves and puree.

3.  Spread in shallow serving dish and cover top with Rootham Mango Chutney.

4.  Serve with toasted pita triangles or crackers.
