ZPam's Mango Chutney Chicken



Cook Chicken Breasts for 45 minutes at 350

Put canola oil into pan and heat on medium, add onion, red pepper, ginger and garlic. sautee for 5 minutes.

Mix 1 cup whipping cream, 1/3 cup mango chutney, Dijon and redwine vineger. add ingredients together and stir over medium heat until slightly thickened. 

Spoon vegtables onto cooked chicken breast and cover with sauce and sprinkle with cahews. Suggested side of rice.
