ZCaramelized Teriyaki Salmon

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 175C (350F). Rinse Salmon under cold water. Pat Dry. Place in baking dish. Brush top of salmon with Rootham Teriyaki Marinade and Dipping Sauce. Cook Salmon until almost done and then remove from oven. Salmon will be light pink in colour and breaks apart easily when cooked. Brush top of Salmon with more Rootham Teriyaki Marinade and Dipping Sauce. Turn boiler on high. Place Salmon back in the oven under broiler for 2-3 minutes, to caramelize the teriyaki sauce on Salmon.
