Brie Walnut Grilled Cheese

Grilled cheese has always been one of my favourite comfort foods.-Marilyn Rootham



Method 1. Stir together cheese, meat and fruit/or nuts and Tangy Red Pepper Jelly. 2.Place 1/4 of mixture on one slice f bread. The filling will be 2-3cm high on slice of bread. 3. Place the other slice of bread on top to form sandwich. 4.Preheat skillet over medium heat. 5. Lightly butter both sides of bread grilling surfaces. 6. Place sandwiches in warm skillet. Cover pan while sandwich is cooking. Cook time is usually 2-3 minutes per side. Cook until bread is lightly toasted, then flip the sandwich over. Once turned press down lightly on top of sandwich with spatula and keep covered. Cook until the other side is slightly toasted and the cheese is melted then remove from pan
