Dip Warm Cranberry Apple Almond Chicken

Easy way to use up leftover cooked chicken or turkey.

Instructions:

Put aside 1/4 cup of grated mozzarella cheese and almonds.

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Spoon mixture into 6" round, 1-2" deep baking/serving dish. Rootham Bakers are perfect for this.

Pat mixture down.

Spread on remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle crushed almonds in the centre of the dish.

Bake in oven for 15 minutes.

Serve warm with pita triangles or tortilla chips.
