ZTeriyaki Salmon

ZTeriyaki Salmon

No fuss with this recipe!

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F (175C)

Rinse salmon under cold water. Pat dry.

Place in baking dish.

Brush the top of the slamon with Roothams Teriyaki Ginger Marinade/Dipping Sauce.

Cook salmon until almost done then remove from the oven. Salmon will be light pink in colour and will break apart easily when its cooked.

Brush the top of the salmon with more Roothams Teriyaki Ginger Marinade/Dipping Sauce.

Turn broiler on high.

Place the salmon back in the oven under the broiler for 2-3 minutes to caramelize the Roothams Teriyaki Ginger Marinade/Dipping Sauce on the salmon.
