Fire Roasted Meatballs

Frozen turkey or beef meatballs work well, but it is worth the effort to try these lamb meatballs.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F (202C).

In a large bowl mix lamb, bread crumbs, egg and spices.

With wet hands, roll meat into balls and place on a baking sheet.

Bake in preheated over for 8 minutes. Remove and turn meatballs. Bake for another 8 Minutes.

On the stove top, warm Roothams Fire Roasted Red Pepper Ketchup and submerge meatballs. Serve.
