Oriental Pork Chops with Vermicelli

Instructions:

  1. Cook noodles.
  2. In bowl, whisk together Rootham Peach Poppyseed Salad Dressing & hoisin sauce and corn starch.
  3. Heat sesame oil in large skillet, over medium-high heat. Season chops with salt & pepper. Add chops to pan & brown 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Add Rootham Peach Poppyseed Salad Dressing hoisin mixture & bring to a boil.
  5. Cook until reduced to half.  
  6. Serve over hot Vermicelli noodles.
  7. Garnish with cooked pea pods.
