Oriental Pork Chops with Vermicelli
Instructions:
- Cook noodles.
- In bowl, whisk together Rootham Peach Poppyseed Salad Dressing & hoisin sauce and corn starch.
- Heat sesame oil in large skillet, over medium-high heat. Season chops with salt & pepper. Add chops to pan & brown 2 minutes on each side.
- Add Rootham Peach Poppyseed Salad Dressing hoisin mixture & bring to a boil.
- Cook until reduced to half.
- Serve over hot Vermicelli noodles.
- Garnish with cooked pea pods.
