Corned Beef Crostinis with Champagne Mustard

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cut each slice of bread into 4 triangles or squares.
  2. Place on cookie sheet & bake 350F (180C) for 10-15 mins. or until lightly toasted.
  3. Set aside to cool.
  4. Mix mayonnaise with Rootham Champagne Mustard & spread on crostinis (toasted bread).
  5. Roll corned beef slices lengthwise & place on crostinis.

Optional: Add thin slices of Swiss cheese and or sauerkraut. Place under broiler until cheese melts.
