Green Salad with Feta or Goat Cheese
Makes 4 servings.

Instructions:

  1. Cut goat cheese log into 4 slices.
  2. Place under broiler for 5 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
  3. While cheese is cooling, divide salad greens on 4 plates.
  4. Using a spatula, place 1 goat cheese round on top of salad greens.
  5. Drizzle with Rootham Blackcurrant Raspberry Salad Dressing or Rootham Raspberry Razzle Salad Dressing.
