Instructions:

  1. Put weight on tofu for 30 mins. to squeeze out the water.
  2. In large frying plan heat the oil.  Slice tofu into 1 inch cubes & saute in heated oil, on medium heat, until golden brown.
  3. Remove tofu from plan & let it drain.
  4. Toss tofu into large bowl & mix with Rootham Spicy Sundried Tomato Basil Salad Dressing.
  5. Place tofu on a bed of greens & garnish with pea sprouts.
